Restaurant food is not as good as in the downtown and is quite pricy. Plenty of space, nice room and house design, extremely helpful stuff and security. Great place to start your honeymoon. Beautiful hotel. Lovely ambiance. Nice for relaxing. Helpful staff. The floor was most of the days dusty.. Mostly liked the quietness. Nothing gets better after a long trip to be warmly welcomed by the hotel staff.

I must commend the customer service of the entire team especially the FO and concierge team-Excellent. Tidying our room everyday was a good point, the transport men are very accommodating and ensuring the comfort of the guest.

We enjoy the infinity pool and the food during breakfast. Thank you for all! Sometimes you have to wait will you get transfer service, but hotel was sending extra shuttles in order to meet the demand. Beautiful hotel with well-maintained area, amazing breakfast, large and clean rooms. Station 1, far from D Mall. Hotel is a bit far from the happenings. Allow 30 minutes to go to station 2. All the staff were very helpful. We arrived before checkin time, and the staff helped us to maximize our time by going to Puka beach.

There is an efficient system in place to go to Station 2 - the drivers were also flexible in case there is an influx of people, and there are vans available. To go back to the hotel, there are also staffs in Jollibee to help facilitate going back to the hotel. Try to be early for breakfast, and the hotel is always busy.

During our stay, there were around guests. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the buffet food is always refilled. Really happy in our stay. Calm and peaceful place. Noisy generator near of room. Location is exelent and staff Wery frendly. My pet peeve is yucky bathrooms and I do believe the bathroom cloud have been cleaner, our bath mat was full of mold and there was mold build up on the tiles.

The accommodations were a rustic not modern but lovely nonetheless. The staff was amazing and very welcoming and helpful. There was no wifi, at all. Asked for password twice but the reception was really weak.

Waiting time for shuttle from and to hotel. Lots of chinese and koreans,. Loft was really nice and cozy, great view, breakfast was alright, staffs were accomodating, helpful and hospitable. I also like the provided towels when going to the pool. The beach is 20 mins walk from the Hotel.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is too noisy, and not so easy to get free table. The selection is not so big. Many times happend that we went from the own table to the buffet to take something, and after 1 min they were sitting on our own chair.

Everywhere flower and beautiful garden. The staff is very nice and friendly, we get priority always. Spa is amazing! In this price good decision. The kitchen cooking very good. Transportation varies by drivers expensive overall the prices in higher in boracay for everything. Lots of Chinese and Korean tourist very loud and sometime pushy, loud and, rude. I guess I am not use to the chinese as tourist.

Overall service was good front desk, food servers and drivers room big and nice pool nice free shuttle to puka beach, white beach and D mall. The breakfast is wonderful and the location too. Alta Vista just need to improve the vehicle as their means of transportation, perhaps the air condition van is appropriate. Staffs are all friendly and accommodating..

Good breakfast and nice place. The property was very clean and comfortable. All facilities were easy accessible. Very children friendly, our kids loved it. Also a special mention to Marben the waiter in the restaurant. He was very accommodating for our kids and always paid special attention to our needs.
